I finally found out how to do it it’s because if you don’t change the infants diaper before you age them up they will stink forever like them wearing a dirty diaper forever lol but all you have to do is put the cas.fulleditmode then go to any mirror and click on change sim once you do that go to the stinky sim and age them down to an infant then go back to the game really quick and change their diaper then go back to change sim and you can put him back to whatever age you wanted and he will be cured from the stinky diaper curse   Thank me later!!!!!!
