What do you mean by “However they do disappear if I visit another household and then swap to the household I just visited”? 

do you mean when you go back to the original house after visiting another they will reset? 

mine are pretty much resetting everytime I change households, whether there is an infant or not. Mostly not tbh. My current main family has none. ALL milestones just reset. Has it been fixed now then, I haven’t updated as I don’t want that weird face bug 

I really hate suggesting mods for a bug that really needs to be fixed but for those that can use mods, Lumpinou has a mod that fixes this issue and has another mod so you can give them back the milestones that disappeared (or any milestones you want).

I would like to know why this thread is over 4 weeks old and nothing has been done. I am literally unable to play my game because I’m too afraid to do anything in case it resets everything.

this is really unacceptable. Y’all need to be way faster at fixing this stuff @Ea 

Sadly they probably don't see this bug as game breaking, which means they may never fix it. 

I'm using Lumpinou's mods to fix it for now (one to fix it and one to allow us to give them back the ones they lost or failed to be given because they are also bugged).

@crinrict   A mod that fixes this issue is by Lumpinou on Patreon. It is called Milestone Fixes. I consider her Milestones Cheats mod to also be needed.
