Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010 (64 bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC, except for University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have any sim enter the science career and make breakthroughs, or just research plants while doing gardening.
What happens when the bug occurs? The same items will populate the notebook over and over repeatedly and makes the notebook useless
What do you expect to see? The actual items that are discovered
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

thus I figured it was best to make a new thread.
The notebook is literally unusable as it is now.
