Hi!
my daily rewards were removed from my Xbox after todays update. (Sept.18/24)
on console there is no way to “back up” these items in a save file.
what’s the solution and how do I get them back?
Or should I just not bother doing these things as the rewards are not permanent? (I logged into both Xbox and PlayStation to ensure I’d have these items and with one update from EA they are gone. 😭)
Me too and I'm on PC and MOSTLY base game except for a few free packs and kits and no mods
Yes same here I play on console and all my daily login rewards are gone after the update I was on it the other day everything was fine and then I logged In today and noticed my all my login event rewards are gone
Hi, I’m playing on Xbox One & got the Happy Home login rewards during the original event. After updating the game like other players here, all rewards are now missing.
Same here, Im on xbox one and everything was fine yesterday around 6pm when I was playing. The game froze when I traveled to another lot for a date so I closed it, boot it up again this morning and now the Happy Home Rewards are gone.
I've lost mine on both Xbox and PC after the update. I had to move my PC game from my c drive to d in order to have enough space to install Lovestruck and did back up the usersettings.ini file. That worked fine until the update.
Ever since the update my happy at home event rewards are missing on my ps4. Am I the only one??? Can any one help me?? This is not fair at all that I completely the whole event and ever since the latest update it is all gone. Please advise asap.
