@brigidnouveau I'm seeing this too.

For me it worked though turning the option on and off. It was gone afterwards even after reloading the game..

    Hi, I am having the same issue with my adult Sims having acne. I just wonder, Where do I go to turn that option off? Where are the "pack settings" please? Thank you.
