I’m having the same issue. I have all packs and am updated to the current patch. 

my teen sim had acne and aged up to young adult with it and now I am unable to get rid of it. There is no option to conceal it or wash her face.

    I fixed the bug by turning off the ability to get acne then aged my sims down to toddlers then aged them back up and it worked

    This did non work for me. When I aged back up, the young adult acne was still there

    did your sims lose their progress though? As in lose their progress with skills and stuff when you aged them down and then back up?
