[FIXED] [IL] Scared moodlets from Thalassophobia when not near the ocean

    Thalassophobia, or the fear of deep water, is real and some Sims were becoming tense even when not near the ocean. Now the moodlet should only apply if the Sim is swimming.

    Fixed in Patch 1.102.190/1.82

@SimGuruRitzyI have the same issue with one of my sims (the other 4 in the household are fine) when on the home lot 3 Old Mill Lane in Henford on Bagley. I haven't encountered it on other lots but most of the sims time is spent at home. It might be linked to the swimmable section of river near this lot, but I don't think it should really apply on a separate lot. I'm sending a save file now.
