Re: [FIXED] Invisible Nanny

Both parents went out to work and so I had to A) hire a nanny or B) send the toddler to daycare and I chose to hire a nanny. The issue is, the nanny never showed up... well... sort of... He's definitely there. But just invisible. My sims keep having conversations with an invisible sim and I check their action queue and they're talking with the nanny but he is no where to be seen. I've tried the "Focus Camera" feature on the relationships panel but it does nothing. He's there but he's not. And I've noticed that nannys generally don't leave until you dismiss them... but because he's invisible I can't click on him to select dismiss so my family is just endlessly paying this dude for not really doing anything because I didn't once see the toddler being cared for by an invisible force.

What do I do?

    You should be glad that the invisible nanny didn't take care of your kid, mine did... now the kid is invisible, the parents can't interact with them, and when I have the camera focus on them it says they're way off lot...

    I'm pretty sure saving and reloading fixed it for my game. The nanny was replaced the next day but that wasn't too much of a problem since the old nanny never came back as a nanny. @Dappoo
