For everybody getting no Sims from the Gallery, check if in load, your game gets this Last Exception. I realized that saves getting this LE, are not "able" to get Sims from the Gallery for Cupids Corner. I tested in a new save file without that LE and it worked perfectly.
but yeah, I tried on another save that I have and haven't played for a few months, there was no error and consequently I was able to see sims from the gallery in Cupid's corner

I begin a new game and it has worked. It is the same that I must give up my previous save to have the option :/
I *really* would prefer to not have to make a new a saved game to use it too as I’ve been playing sims since 1 so I’ve always played legacy style games ( as that was how the earlier games were meant to be played). If I start a new game I lose the 150 sims born in game over 5 generations and all the family connections that come with that ☹️ I’ve had this save since 2020.
I had one old save sitting around that didn't have the matchmaking_service LE and the Cupid's Corner App worked fine. So I guess that the LE and this issue are tied somehow.
I'm noticing (however) that after some refreshes, Sims from the existing world stop popping up in the App and are replaced by randoms.
