Platform: PC(Win10,EA app)
Which language are you playing the game in?: English
How often does the bug occur?: Now first time recieved the Bill after new Update
What is your current game version number?: 1.108.318.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: Now Base Game only available
[Owned DLCs:
EP: All excluding Hight School Years, Growing Together, For Rent, Lovestruck

GP: All excluding Journey To Batuu
SP: Spooky, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Fitness, Toddler, Landry Day, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living,Nifty Knitting, Paranormal
Kit: Industrial Loft, Blooming Rooms, Desert Luxe. Pastel Pop, Greenhouse Haven, Basement Treasures, Book Nook, Modern Luxe]
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Play normaly and then recieve the Bill and try to pay it

What happens when the bug occurs?: Pie-menu 'Pay the Bill' disappears but the Bill is still in Sim's inventory. And Bills & Utilities panel does not change.
What do you expect to see?: Sim can pay the Bill normaly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: After 2024/July/23 Update

Addition:

Now my Sim moved into other Lot(Bargain Bend in Willow Creek). My Sim received another Bill as same time as arrive. But nothing in mailbox.

    I have the same problem too, no options on either the phone, computer or mailbox to actually pay the bills. I haven't had my power cut off yet or a repo man come calling so it's a win win thing no bills no repercussions.

    I thought it was just me, but wow I can't believe how bad everyone affected. Me too, I can't seem to figure out a way around it. I'm thinking until EA fixes this, I'm going to try to avoid bills by this cheat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lK3kASJ-0JI let me know if that works for any of you all too though.

    @billblogs I have the same issue I repaired the game a few times it fixed it but caused other problems lol and then I repaired a few more times it was fine and now it's back to not being able to pay bills. At some point the bills got moved into my sims inventory and then I couldn't do anything with them now they are gone again but it says I owe bills in 0 hours and they are currently not able to pay them on anything because they aren't "due" yet on the mailbox computer etc

    Yes it's a strange one that's for sure. I made a for rent unit on another one of my sims lots and moved into it with another character and had no trouble at all paying my bills for that. Yet the unit owner still couldn't pay his bills. I hope they fix this issue soon.
