Seems this was fixed with the patch as well as there was no answer.
Going to mark this as fixed for now but leave open for a moment longer.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I loaded my last played family and one of them had a completely different bane (both).
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim changed name
What do you expect to see? No name changing after loading
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
