Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get famous, Get to work, Cats and dogs, Island living, Dine out, Movie hangout, discover university
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? don't allow the pictures to turn black
What happens when the bug occurs? Pictures go from coloured sim pictures to black
What do you expect to see? Pictures that I took
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

All my pictures turned black out of nowhere once I've logged into the game. I tried different steps shown on the help section but they also seem to be outdated. 

Anyone has any tips to help? Thank you
