I have the Growing Together game pack too (PC / Version 1.96.397.1020 / German) and have the same problem. My sim is in the 2nd trimester but the timer from the moodlet is gone and there was no progress in more than a sim week now.

I had just one mod (to get a grave stone I couldn't find) but removing the mod didn't help.

In hope to fix it traveled with her to another lot, tried to reset the sim, moved her out and back in, loaded and played another family and repaired the game entirely but no success! To maintain the family I got a science baby and she is a toddler now (her mother is still in the 2nd trimester).

    I tried to edit my comment but it didn't work. The webseite told me to add information like platform ect. but the drop down menus were blank so I couldn't chooce any.

    Edit: I just noticed that my sim don't age! Her husband and the science child age normally but she didn't, since 3 sim days now she has 20 days left to her birthday. She is not an occult and is right in the middle of her young adult life.
