the new update 01/31/23 is causing the same exact crash to happen to the ps4 version.

there is also a glitch now in the game were my sim kids get phone calls from people saying other people that the parents knew died. (packs: cottage living, seasons, dream home decorator, parenthood) console: ps5 (ps4 version)
I've deleted autosave, uploaded family to library, ensured console is up to date, and shut down the ps5 completely to turn back on to similar issues.
PS5 also. Game was running smoothly prior to update. No expansion packs or anything; mid-sized family in house, but crashes like pS5 hardware can’t handle the strain if more than four sims are interacting at the same time . . . . What was wrong with the last version again??? At least you could set foot in a bar, gym or library without a full-scale software meltdown.
