Ps5 here. Keep crashing every 10 minutes. I have bought and installed all content 

I usually just turn my console off for 5mins an then back on to avoid this. These days I turn my Xbox off when it isnt in use to avoid this from happening when I try and load up.

Ah no. I can have the system off all night and after I load my game it crashes. I'm stuck on Xmas holiday...more like groundhog day. Every single time I turn the game on I get a few actions done with my family and the game crashes. This is a total disgrace since the update doesn't seem to have any benefit. We don't need a build mode tutorial, we need build mode categories for items that add to mood like focusing, inspiring, etc. We need pathing to be fixed so when a sim is about to pee themselves they don't pass the bathroom right next to them to go up or down flights of stairs, or go to a sink far away after using the toilet instead of the one next to the toilet. We need teens to stop constantly asking for advice when their traits are already set to where we want them. We need molding clay, tea, and the bar to stop being sim Crack. We need a game that works, and a development team that does something other than ask for save files and then never respond or fix things. Or we need refunds.
