Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them except Bowling Night, and Perfect Patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Read the Newsletter, or try getting the mailman to deliver it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't mark the task as done, and the mailman gets stuck in a loop. He waves at mailbox, just stands there, and repeats the action. Shortly after a new one comes, and does the same thing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the task marked as done, and mailmen not just standing there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I had mods, and a person told me to remove them, so I did. It didn't work. I tried to "repair" the game, and now the task bar is completely blank.

Won't post pictures. I saw a few, and they looked like my problems.

    @NickJas2I had the same problem yesterday. The mailman came and just did a friendly wave to the mail box. As I put my mailboxes with moveobjects cheats often, I turned the cheat off and set the mailbox down again. After that the mailman went directly to my mailbox. I guess my mailman just couldn't reach my mailbox before. I don't know why they did the "friendly" wave instead of the "I can't reach that" annoying wave. But that solved it for me. It's worth a try 🙂

    @crinrict (Not OP) Expediting mail resulted in a mail person stuck on a loop. Regular bills delivery on Monday brought the Ambrosia Newsletter along with a mineral I sent to the Geo Council on Sunday, though. (Console player here, so it’s a certified mod free environment.)
