@ShadamiTome I am not sure whether this will help or not, because I was not using a rental lot, but after I resolved my issues, the 2nd mail carrier came by for the Reaper's Rewards and it was fine, however the 3rd mail carrier was stuck in front of the mailbox right after I unlocked Rewards. This is what I did: the mail carrier was stuck in front of mailbox, so I sent a 1st Sim over to talk to her. The two were stuck in conversation. I left the Willow Creek mailbox in place, then queued up another 2nd Sim to talk to the mail carrier, then sent a 3rd Sim into CAS Mode through a bathroom mirror. I stayed in CAS Mode for a while, at least 3 minutes, no more than 10. I saved my family to the Library just in case. Then I left CAS Mode as usual and returned to the game in progress. The mail carrier was suddenly inside the house chatting with the second Sim I queued up to talk to her. Everything seemed to be normal again. I hope this works or yields some clues that can help you get your game running. Also, save very frequently and save your data to Library, Gallery, USB or elsewhere as a back-up if possible. I was finally able to catch back up to Week 4 on this PS4 after 5 or 6 crashes and 2 mailbox issues.
