This ruined my save file.  We need a patch asap!!!

I would like to add that on my new save file, I also was unable to travel with my sims to the Mt. Komorebi event.  Same exact endless loading screen problem.  I'm so sad.

    This is NOT just limited to the Festival.  Why do I keep ruining my save files by playing Snowy Escape?  I'm such an idiot for buying this pack and being excited about it.

    I went on vacation with my sim and her partner.  I tried to visit the bathhouse from the rental home.  Same endless loading screen file.  I am very upset.

    Is anyone from EA even working on this???  Nothing but silence in this thread.....
