    I have heard of making nervous purchases but never about nervous cooking… Sims however will no longer endlessly autonomously cook food and then forget about it. Food is a terrible thing to waste.

    Fixed in Patch 1.75.125/ 1.42

Same, Had this problem since the November update. Was hoping this week's update would fix it but no... Sims are still cooking new  meals, ignoring leftovers, eating quick meals... This is a pain, specially on my 8 sims household where all the adults try to cook stuff and will completely ignore all leftovers..

I was hoping this update would fix this and that I could get back to playing the game but I guess not..

I have never used CC or mods... this problem started on the November update. I don't have the new expansion either, I don't know if that matters.
