@Babolat85 Have you tried deleting the sinks and rebuying them? Maybe they get tagged by the game in some way, but only the ones placed after the patch?

I even thought maybe it was to do with the values of the sinks, so I replaced the bathroom sinks with the cheapest option and the kitchen sink with the most expensive option. Still head off to the bathroom.
@DDWard1972 I have that mod, but something seems up with some of the houses when I use it. Some of them it works fine, but others I only get the option to "Throw Away" with it installed.
