How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The most recent update/patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every Expansion Pack, Every Game Pack, Every Stuff Pack, and these kits: Basement Treasures Bathroom Clutter Blooming Rooms Book Nook Everyday Clutter Greenhouse Haven
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am trying to do a sim with every aspiration and trait. I got up to a certiain point and did i think 5 career paths and I was unable to click on my sim or any other sim and get the options wheel, I then made a new sim and used cheats to get the exact same aspirations, jobs, and traits. After I got all of them that were the same as my old sim, did the same thing and I am unable to click on my sim and any other sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can only shift click and not regular click on my sim or any other sim.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to see the wheel of options when I click on my sim and any other sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This recent update on the 27th made my game do it i would assume bceause it was working before the new update.

Hello!  

I am trying to do a sim with every aspiration and trait. I got up to a certiain point and I was unable to click on my sim or any other sim and get the options wheel, I then made a new sim and used cheats to get the exact same aspirations, jobs, and traits. After I got all of them that were the same as my old sim, did the same thing and I am unable to click on my sim and any other sim. This only happened after the new update and im very upset that I did all of that hard work and the whole game stopped working both times. I am not using any mods or custom content. I also tried repairing the game as well. 

Hopefully someone can help me and figure out why its not working.
