Note that whether accessing the transfer window from live mode or from manage households, I see the same bug - that when you try to move a Sim from the existing household to a new one, it says transfer not allowed. The only reason you can split a single sim from live mode is because the sim who does the split from household action defaults to being in a new household. Not only can you not move anyone else to join them, if you transfer them back to the existing household you can't switch them back into the new household.

    I can't even get my active Sim to be allowed to transfer. I'd just do it that way, but no matter what I try, from Options, from the phone, from the PC I can't transfer anyone.
