What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs: All except for horse ranch, for rent, love struck, life and death Game packs: dine out, vampires, parenthood, stranger ville, my wedding stories Stuff packs: movie hangout, spooky day, romantic garden, backyard stuff, vintage glamour, laundry day, home chef hustle Kits: bust the dust, desert luxe, grunge revival
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into manage worlds and go into the household tab then into the other household tab and select any household press transfer household there is where the issue is
What happens when the bug occurs? I select a sim to transfer into a new household but the transfer arrows says transferring not allowed
What do you expect to see? Transferring sims into different new households
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

since the latest update I haven’t been able transfer any sims into another household
