I literally cannot go upstairs or downstairs, my sims won’t use any stairs and i can’t use the up and down arrows to get on the other floors, this is very annoying and i’m extremely frustrated over it. i wanted to test out my new packs but i can’t even access the rest of the house 😞

I found a solution for this problem on PS4 that prevented me to change floor and wall view (d-pad blocked basically). This bug appears sometimes when I make manipulations with the free camera. My solution:
=> Go back to the world map, create a new save, quit the game, restart the game, load the new save. That's all.
Tested 5 times with success. You can save on the old save later without any problems.
