Thank you for quick answer. I can sell them for the price what is written (so a lot of money, I share photo) but that is not what I want if you understand... I would like to place the on wall and have high rent :D But if I do that, value of my property goes down.

- @luciahutan310 I'm not sure how the game calculates property value but one would expect it to be the other way round. EA will need to make the call if this is a bug or not.
