    nope

my employee appears just fine. and customers appear.

when i pul 'on sale' on my jewellery or crystals - customer won't buy anything.

when i switch household and visit the store (which is owned by another household at the moment) - I (as visitor) cannot buy anything, everything is unclickable.

If any household doesn't own the store at the moment - I (as visitor) can buy everything.

If I put 'on sale' only on objects from regular BB catalog - like chairs or benches - I can sell it and visitor can buy it.

@bearyMaggie the npc not buying is while you play the family that owns the store ? Still unclear on that part.

    Shorlty - Yes.

When I put crystals or jewellery on sale in the store which belongs to my active household, NPC does appear but cannot buy anything.

when i switch household  and visit this store - I cannot buy anything, because all objects for sale are unclickable - i click and no option appears. I hope it does make sense.

Do you have any other questions ? Or maybe save file is required ?

I really wanted to play with my own retail-store and it seems I cannot...

@bearyMaggie No, EA will ask if they need more info.

I just wanted to make sure it's not the same as the other :D
