I have this same issue! I tried it with ordering a strawberry nectar from a bar. Drinking it didn't fulfill the want Drink a Glass of Nectar (from being a snob). I also tried it with grabe nectar my sim had just made and it didn't fulfill the want either.
Grape nectar bottle or a glass of potato nectar don't fulfill the want either.
It looks like the want only recognises the Dine Out nectars.

My sim ordered apple nectar at the bar at the Humor and Hijinks Festival, and it didn't fulfill the want. Two sim-days later I again had the want, and ordering an apple nectar at the Old Quarter Inn in Windenburg also did not did fulfill the want. Neither did potato nectar, strawberry nectar or grape nectar. All packs installed, all mods disabled, no food related mods installed.
Note that just plain Nectar is not available on bars.
Just had the same issue and found this thread while trying to see if it's a bug or if I'm just really dumb and missing something about "nectars". Nope, it's definitely a bug/oversight from EA. None of the drinks called nectars (Strawberry, Grape, Potato etc) will work, but as soon as I had my sim drink one of the other wines that aren't called Nectars (in this case, Soft Shadow Avornalino), it fulfilled the want.
Started a brand new game without any saves. First save I made caused this so it still happens in modless games (no mods, no cc). Tested it with grape and apple nectar. My Sim does not have the Snob trait though. Added a screenshot showing he drank the glass, but that the whim still is pinned and unfulfilled while the nectar has been drunk.

I am still having this issue and it is now November (nearly December) how long does it take to sort an issue as a year seems to be way to long. I see that you want files sent to you but I have no idea which file you need nor where to find it. If you could send me the details of where to look that would be a big help
