it keeps happening to me with my teen sim with the trait! I tried the same process with her mom that doesn't have the trait and she is completely normal while traveling.
- @itsmarilynjane bit of an update: I started a new save with the same teen sim and aged her up to a young adult before playing. Traveled with her a couple of times and her body and face stayed the same. It seems like teen sims with the Grimborn trait is having the face and body morph bug while traveling/leaving CAS.
