@bunnie_cassie I just checked the save that was provided by another user and their upgrade option is also greyed out.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but: werewolves, wedding stories, batuu, knitting, tiny living, moschino, fitness, kids room, cool kitchen, perfect patio. (also none of the kits)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Happens consistently by just using the washer as intended; I didn't even upgrade it this time and it still happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? Washer becomes non-functional and you cannot use it to wash laundry.
What do you expect to see? A functional washer.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Good to know it's also the same bug, hopefully it is fixed sooner than later.
EDIT: It happened again with the new washer. I didn't even bother upgrading this one so it doesn't have anything to do with the upgrades either, I now own two useless laundry machines and I am removing them and the dryer from my house. I will be avoiding this system until this issue is fixed, it causes more inconveniences than it is worth.
The upgrade button was not greyed out this time and is not claiming it's full, the options to do anything else have simply disappeared.
