[LS] Step 6/7 of wild Dates end early with tense moodlet altering traits

The timer should be independent of any moodlet. 24 hours is 24 hours, period. And getting hit with +5 tense can make it hard to complete a perfect date. In order to progress the date, I had to get both sims in a flirty mood or both sims in a playful mood. My sim could not complete either task because of the +5 tense moodlet. So I worked off the tense moodlet, which then prematurely ended the 7 wild dates event.
