I tested this with my Sim and he doesn't look a lot slimmer than before going on (quite a long) jog.

Did you try this with one Sim or more than one ?

    Sorry! Forgot I posted something apparently. Yes, she did go on several jogs (maybe 3) before losing a major amount of weight. Usually it takes at least 7-8 jogs on the treadmill or outside to lose as much weight as she did, but she would also gain muscle. She has gained no muscle. She is stick thin and you can see her ribs!

    Did you have that happen to several Sims or just that specific one ?
