Hmm, that's interesting.
1.) I first noticed the issue selling "virtuoso violins." The cost to buy them in buy mode is $15,000. My sims sold them at their retail store, and when restocking with my own sims using the "cheaper restocking perk," I could restock them for $11,250. But employees assigned to restock them did so at the full $15K.
For testing purposes, I just tried the same thing with a painting that my sim created, and with an outfit / mannequin, and had the same results both times, with my own sim restocking at the discounted cost but employees doing so at full price.
2.) Yes, the budget appears to be correct in my game. When I click "View Shift Summary," it is subtracting both the employees' wages as well as a restocking fee to give me my total. The amount under "Business Funds" also seems to be updating correctly as I restock.
Let me know if there is any other info I can give you!

Sure thing! Hopefully both of these issues get resolved soon.

Haven't had time to test but the restocking def. seems to have issues.
I'm going to add this for now though.
