Issue
When a Sim uses Try on Outfit when clicking on a mannequin, if the outfit had leggings, the leggings won't transfer to the sim.
Steps you took for Issue to occur
The simplest way:
1)Own a retail lot
2)Set up a mannequin with an outfit that includes leggings
3)have the owner try on outfit
4) the leggings won't appear on the sim, even though they appear on the mannequin.
Or without being the owner:
1)Own a retail lot
2)Set up a mannequin with an outfit that includes leggings
3) Make a new household
4)travel to the retail lot
5)Try on Outfit with the mannequin with the leggings
6)the leggings won't appear on your sim, even though they appear on the mannequin
To get the outfit error:
1)Own a retail lot
2)Set up a mannequin with an outfit that includes leggings
3)Delete the mannequin in build mode so no mannequins remain on the lot
4) Place a new mannequin
5) In live mode, tell the owner to Dress Mannequin..
6)The outfit you made's leggings should be missing from the preview available
7) Select the mannequin, Create outfit... in Create a Sim
8) add leggings to your outfit
9) Save the outfit
10)Dress the mannequin in your new outfit
11)Try on the outfit
12)The leggings won't appear on the sim, even though they appear on the mannequin.

Where does the bug occur ?
It happened in my Main Save. I created a new game to test this just now and it reoccured following the simplest steps I listed above.
Mods/CC
I use only RiskyWoohoo in my game. However, I removed the Mods folder for the purpose of testing this bug and it still occurred.

I apologize, I don't know how long it's happened I don't do this often. I noticed it on 3/30/2017 around the release of the Bowling pack, however I do not own the Bowling pack.
