Hello again!
I have actually installed BE as a mod for my sims, to check if anything was wrong besides what I had tried.
I have eliminated every conflicting mod that was shown in the exceptions that popped up, but this one seems to be (I'm taking a guess here, I actually don't know if this has anything to do with the aging baby up issue) the original problem maybe?
If you have the time, please let me know if this is something I can repair or perhaps it has nothing to do with it as I point out. Sorry if this doesn't sound clear, I know nothing about PCs but would love to know. The screenshot is attached here.
Just popping in to say that this is still an issue for me as of today. The workaround is fine but I'm hoping it will be patched during the next update.
Also with aging Sims up in CAS (the only way I can do that with this issue), bonus traits that should be earned are not being rewarded. So for example, if your toddler has maxed out all skills, you will need to add Top Notch Toddler through cheats.
(For the record I use no mods or cc, so it is not an issue with any of those.)
