hello, after a while of this problem not happening to me anymore, it just started happening again now that the EA app replaced Origin.

Please, how can i use this solution on the EA app? i havent found "The sims 4" as a file in the Electronic Arts file, but i do have a backup of the entire game done today before the EA app replaced Origin on my laptop. can someone please help me find the folder? The "The Sims 4" folder where it was in the Origin folder now looks nothing like it did before, thanks in advance

    My sims cat got blacked out with 05/30/2023 update, aka the latest update 


    its happening with all of my gallery and library households with that pet in them :<

    the cat has custom painted details on a tuxedo base
