@changelica-cant Did you test this without your mods/cc installed ? All reports in the bug forum must be made on a vanilla game.

- @crinrict, Yes, I've removed the mods altogether and it was the same.

That user didn't say anything about unpaid bills and replacing doesn't seem to fix it so it sounds a bit different though - @crinrict, no, no flickering lights on my side, it works fine till the bills/water conservation NAP.
