No none of my sims are pregnant. I have a the Kijiko lashes mod. 

Could you please edit your post and fill out the bug form ? Seems you weren't prompted for it.

Which language are you playing the game in?: Dutch
How often does the bug occur?: Every time I play
What is your current game version number?: 1.86.166.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: -Parenthood, Seasons, Eco lifestyle, Spa day, Holiday celebration, University, Get to work, Laundry day, Jungle Adventure, Cats and dogs, Island living, Dine out, Get Famous, City living and Realm of magic. 

Steps: I tried updating, repairing removing my few mods. but didn't work 
What happens when the bug occurs?: My household of 7 can't adopt or make a baby. None of my sims are pregnant. I can create a new sim and put it in the household. So that's kinda weird. 
What do you expect to see?: That my sims can make a baby or adopt one. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: Yes, but I tried the game without the cc and it still didn't work. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: I don't know, I saw it I think a week ago and it still doesn't work. 

Here is what i see

i have made a new sims household with 7 people and they can make a baby or adopt. That makes it even weirder. I really want to play with that other household and make there family tree bigger.

Edit 2: I don’t think it’s that particular sim. If I move one other sim out of the household and have him in, They can have baby’s but if I have 7 people in my household they can’t

Edit 3: If I remove that one sim ( doesn’t matter who) and I make a baby and my sim gets pregnant and I move that sim back in. The sim that is pregnant will go into labor but the baby disappears. It does not make sense cause I have only 7 sims 😬
