How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every pack ever published
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Move something (e.g. apples, bananas, photos, etc.) into a sticker box or ICYA chest, 2) move the chest to a sim's personal inventory, and 3) have him/her go to univ. Or, instead of 3), do 4) seperate this sim from a family more than 2 and move him/her to a new slot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything in the container seems to be locked, unable to be moved out. They seemed to be no longer owned by the sim.
What do you expect to see? Everything in the container is still owned by the sim and free to be taken out.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

who says this was fixed in Patch 1.67.45/ 1.32, but I still got it in version 1.82.99.1030.
Another problem of blacked photo also occurs, like the post below:
P.S. It is noticeable that, if my sim is the only sim in the family, this problem does not occur when I move him/her to a new slot.
i.e. It occurs when there are multiple sims in the household OR the sim goes to univ.
