What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything minus a few kids
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move with items in a keepsake box given by an elder
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot take items from the keepsake box out such as photos to put back on the wall 
What do you expect to see? be able to take photos out and place them on the wall. take items out to place in a new home
