@electricxdream Sounds like the robo arm issue is an side effect of the inventory purge ?

There's this thread which is a general unspecific stuff is disappearing thread that's a bit older. There's also one for harvestables but your items clearly aren't harvestables.

Did she have any non-uni stuff that didn't get removed ?

    She does, yes. Currently still has a snow globe, an autograph, some crystals, and a camera. She also maintained her University acceptance letter and a soccer ball which I thought were interesting choices on this one.

    @crinrict I purchased it from the kiosk during my first term. My Sim is in the process of graduating which is hilarious when she’s wearing the arm, because she can’t wear her graduation robe so it’s just her, her arm, and no pants.

    @crinrict I didn't have other University items in my inventory, so I'm not sure if it's related. Is there a mod to remove equipped items?

    @DraedanR10 I have no idea. I have not played around with this at all.

    I can take a look at your save if you want to upload it somewhere and pm me the link.

    Me too my sim is wearing his robo-arm,  a white  t-shirt, the black standard underpants and the trademark university black and red boots.  I tried to plan his outfit to add some Jeans, but the robo-arm vanishes in CAS.

    So I've tried changing to nude, then go back into change outfit again and it gives me an option wearing the black jeans He was wearing before. Hope this helps a little as I still don't know how to remove the robo-arm yet.

    I'm also having this problem. Curiously, if I have a second robo-arm in my sim's inventory, I get the "Place in World" interaction when I click on the sim (this doesn't remove the robo-arm though, it only places the additional robo-arm from the inventory). I have mods installed, but I have tested it with all mods disabled and the issue remains.
