- crinrict2 years agoHero+@cbischo Are you living on a residential rental lot ? There's a known bug with that but what happens is that the money added to business but not reduced from household. Is that what you are seeing ?

So, I have a Sim living in a residential rental who bought a vet clinic, and she cannot transfer funds from the household to the clinic.
For anybody having this problem I just had this problem like 10 minutes ago with a retail lot. My funds would not transfer so the business so I couldn’t open the business up. If your person that owns the business is staying on a rental lot/a lot that different families can stay on for some reason this happens. You can move the household to their own house and then you will be able to add funds to the business.

@TDestiny3Try my method:
Set a real landlord to the rental apartment where your sims live in(Not a npc landlord but a playable household to be the landlord) Eventually you may can transfer funds to your business lot.
