I'm also having problems with constant mental fog. I have every pack and zero mods. Lately I've been getting mental fog on a daily basis. I recently started the Scientist career, so I thought it must just be particularly taxing, but I was getting it every single day I went to work, and ended up taking vacation days every other day. I just finished a vacation day in which I did nothing whatsoever mental, and even verified before i went to bed that the mental fog was gone, but then it seems to have come back while I slept. Either that or as I ate breakfast and listened to music, because those are the only other things I've done. It's going to take me forever to get through this career at this rate, and since I'm trying to take every single career all the way through, that's a big problem if it continues.
