Yes, all social bunny followers seem to be stuck, and none of the proposed solutions I've seen have worked. As other have said, this main affects the teen sim I'm trying to complete the Admired Icon aspiration with. She VERY active on social bunny, has oodles of friends, posts multiple times a day, yet the follower count has been 19 total for ages. 

To compare, she has over 200 followers when she "checks her side hustle" for her simfluencer job , and 300 followers on trendi. I also, just the check and see what would happen I had her "add to simstagram story" (this is the function through the phone under social, which is different from "check side hustle", social bunny, and check followers on trendi (these are all meant to be separate things??? I think????) and she had over 15000 FOLLOWERS! She never even CREATED a "social media timeline"! I wonder if there's some kind of bug happening that causing the simfluencer career and social bunny to conflict with the social media career from City Living? Idk, having all these different, apparently unconnected, social media functions is just as if not even more confusing in the sims as it is in real life lmao
