@JaffaYogini I have the same issue. It was broken a long time ago and in my current game, Winterfest just rolled around. Everything checked off the list with zero energy left, my sim waited for Father Winter. Went to ask for a present and the option is not there at all. Also not a fan of this new menu. It takes forever to find something. :/
