Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set a lot as Recycle and Reuse under Lot Traits. Then have the sim try to empty trash themselves. They will just dump it on the ground near the outside trashcan. Also, when you try to throw in trash that the STAN from GET FAMOUS goes thru your garbage, the sims pick it up, then throw it back down on the ground, and do not throw it out. The butler still throws out trash, so the butler is not effected by this bug. Also, the outside trash can, when you try to empty, the sim opens the trash can, gets the trash, and dumps it on the ground.
What happens when the bug occurs? When sims are trying to throw out trash on a Lot Trait that is recycle and reuse. It happens when you try to throw out trash from a trash can from inside a sim house. This bug does not effect butlers.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to actually throw the trash outside in the outside trash can, and also, i expect them to throw the trash off lot. Instead, all they are doing it picking it up, and throwing it on the ground.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

This is one of several issues i am having with Eco Lifestyle. Basically, i wanted to use the fabricator alot, so i set my lot trait as RECYCLE AND REUSE that makes you able to go thu trash more often. The problem is the sims are not throwing it in the outside bin. Also, when the outside bin is full, there not throwing it away. They also seem not to do this autonoumously anymore.
NOTE: This bug does not effect the butler, as they still throw out trash to outside trashcan. They do not empty outside trashcan though...
I must add this...i use alot of vampires when i play, so this could also be related to a vampire bug..but i usually walk them to the trash can, and not fly or mist there.
