Hey Crinrict,
I feel I should elaborate on my post. It is not Caleb's entire face that is affected as the reports above are about - only his eyes.
Image 1: Teen - small eyes, passed down to offspring
Image 2: Adult - small eyes, passed down to offspring
Image 3: Young Adult - original, correct eyes, not passed down to offspring
This gltich affects only eyes and jaws. Are the jaws not affected ? It gives you small eyes and a wide jaw.

No, the jaws are not affected. Just the eyes. And it only affects Caleb Vatore.
Split your save. Might still be the same or a similar issue though
I'll do some testing.
Added this to the CAS issues list although a Vampire issue
Still unsure how far the connection the small eyes, wide jaw issue is .. maybe they just fixed the jaw.
Anyways, keeping them separate for now.
- The issue seems to have returned. I am at a loss.
- Was it fixed at one point ? Still treating this as open issue.
- Yes, I'm sorry for not elaborating. All of a sudden, it seemed to be completely fixed - both in offspring, younger/older versions, and in the cured vampire version. And now it's suddenly back on. I have taken to generating a completely new Sims 4 folder to see if it was my files that messed things up somehow, but alas to no avail. This is such a weird issue. Why would the eye size of a Sim change under the above circumstances?

- Odd. There is one of my TS4 folders that doesn't mess up Caleb's eyes. It contains a lot of mods.
How are things progressing with this issue? I find it very sad that Caleb's eyes continue to be bugged. It is the same problem still - if he is aged up or down, his eyes change shape to a strange small form. His children inherit those same strange eyes and not his actual eyes.
- TBH, with 2 me toos, I don't think this has a high priority.
They never give info on progress though. it is still present, and not only Caleb has this problem, but also Lilith ☹️
