@shorty0812 Hello!  It's very strange that your sim got stuck and I'm not sure what would cause that.  On PC, you should be able to press M on the keyboard to initiate travel.  Maybe use that and go to a different lot or to your sim's home lot.

Edit: I totally forgot the teleport cheat.  If you're not opposed to using cheats, that is.  You can press control+shift+C and type   testingcheats on    in the console that opens.  Then you'll be able to press shift and click on an empty area.  A cheats menu will open and you can look for the teleport option.  Your sim will then teleport to whatever spot you clicked.
