Save Error code: 422:3f003cc3

Hello, after the recent update 1.109.185.1030 I started having an error (The game failed to save. Error code: 422:3f003cc3:fce37a13) so I can´t save my game. I´ve already re-install my game, delete...

@Namu96 Is it still in your trash ? Did it actually have the extension zip or just the icon ?

Could you please all post your specs as asked above ?

I restored the file. It’s back in my save folder with the same icon.

    @Namu96 You probably have your saves associated with a certain program. Do you have it back in the game ?

      how do I check if it’s associated with a program? Yes I moved it back to the Sims 4 save folder

        @Namu96 and it appears as it should in the game ?

        The problem with these associations are that you can't remove them. You can only associate another. It shouldn't really matter though. The game will still recognize your saves.
