    I played it for an in game week as the brother already in university, and when I went back to check if the first twin could now enroll it still said he dropped out recently and couldn't. Should I have played the one not in college? It doesn't give me a timer or so and so has this many days left before he can enroll so I'm not sure how long I need to play for.

    @DawnMPa

    I haven't tried the cheat to enroll but I have had one drop out and had to reenroll.  As best as I can figure out, there is a sort of cooldown between leaving University and when you can enroll again.  And that time only seems to count when you are playing that sim.  So playing the one that is not in University is the way to go.  Check the mailbox or computer every day until the enroll option returns and you should be able to get the sim back in University.  But since you have played the other sim, you should finish the term with that sim.  Otherwise, they might fail the term and get him on suspension.

    Hope this helps.

    @DawnMPa I think it should be about a week and it shouldn't matter who you play. If it didn't re-appear it does sound like the other reported issue and it's very possibel that the cheat just messes it up more cause the game doesn't really recognized that the Sim could re-enroll.
