Re: Sims 4 achievements

Hi @grace1290 - Do you see the achievements if you open a game and play a household?

In my game (PC), the achievement list is only active when you're playing a household. It's a greyed-out selection from the main menu and from the Manage Worlds menu. But once you open / play a household, then you can view achievements. 

I looked around a little bit and it seems like it should work the same way on console, but I don't have a console to check. Check from a household and see if you have the achievements list there. Please let us know how it goes either way. If you have no achievements while playing a household, another screenshot would also be helpful.

    @grace1290 - In the background of your photo, it shows the main menu interface. The achievements don't show from there.

    Please try this:

    1. Open Game
    2. Choose the Play button (or Load Game > Choose a save)
    3. Choose a household to play
    4. Click the Play button to load the household
    5. Open the menu to see if the Achievements are available from here

    Here are a few screenshots to show what I mean. If you're seeing something different from the Household Menu, please let us know

    @grace1290 thank you for checking & sharing the photo. That does look different than I expected. I know you must be connected online to Xbox Live in order for achievements to unlock. Xbox Live reported some issues yesterday, but it does appear that they have been resolved. If you have a child or teen account, that might affect it as well.

    Hopefully someone with console experience can give more insight.

    @grace1290 - Does this happen with a brand new save?

    If you used any cheats in your save, achievements will be disabled. Try starting a brand new game without any cheats (no money cheats or anything) and see if you can access the achievements menu from within the game.
